OK this will be my first dish I put on this blog page..
SWEET AND SOUR KIELBASA....
THINGS YOU WILL NEED:
2 packs of Kielbasa --- sliced
1 cup maple syrup
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup mustard
1 cup of grape jelly
1 can of pineapple w/ juice
1 onion cut into half moon shapes
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
Throw everything into a Crock pot and cook on med/low for approx. 3 hrs. Serve over Mashed potatoes. a loaf of Italian bread goes well with this.
If you don't have a crock pot put in a glass baking dish and put it in the oven on 350 for approx 1 hr. makes 4-6 servings.
